Navigateto the folder where the game is stored. Open the folder called "videos". Delete all the folders in that folder. Delete "UbisoftLogo.bk2". Delete "pc_TWIMTBP.bk2". Hope this helps. Thanks to u/FeLLiPe_21 for step 5.
