I use this grip for my 5D Mark II and it works great. I have had no issues with it. The only thing I've noticed compared to other Canon Battery Grips I've used is that it doesn't have the soft plastic grip feeling similar to the camera grips. This really isn't that much of a detraction of the product and doesn't affect the functionality at all.
